Exchange Policy

At BoB Flower Studio, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We do not offer returns or refunds only exchanges for equal-value items are permitted. Please review the guidelines below before placing an order.

1. General Guidelines

  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.
    • Customized or perishable items (e.g. fresh floral arrangements) are not eligible unless otherwise specified. bobflowerstudio
  • Inspection & Notification:
    • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    • You must notify us of any exchange request within 2 days of delivery, providing photos and a description of the issue. Late notifications cannot be accommodated. bobflowerstudio

2. Exchanges Only

  • How to Request an Exchange:
    1. Email us at hello@bobflowerstudio.com or call +1 (224) 622-7337 with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos if applicable.
    2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you an Exchange Authorization along with instructions.
  • Shipping & Costs:
    • If the exchange is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover all shipping costs.
    • For customer-initiated exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover shipping on the replacement item.
  • Product Availability:
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we’ll work with you to select an alternative of equal value.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Fulfillment:
    • If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible.
    • Orders not yet processed or shipped can be canceled with no penalty.
  • After Shipment:
    • Once shipped, all cancellations convert to an exchange request subject to this policy.

4. Perishable & Customized Items

  • Perishable Products:
    • Fresh floral arrangements and other perishables are final-sale and cannot be exchanged unless damaged on arrival.
  • Customized Orders:
    • Personalized or made-to-order items are final-sale.
    • If we made an error in your custom order, please notify us within 2 days for an exchange at no extra cost. bobflowerstudio

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange (unless damaged on arrival):

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health, hygiene, and personal-care items marked “final sale”

Please ensure that items are stored properly after delivery, as exposure to heat, cold, or improper handling may affect eligibility for exchange.

If your order includes multiple items, each item will be evaluated individually based on the condition in which it was received. Exchanges cannot be combined unless approved by our support team. For any delivery-related issues, such as delayed arrival or damaged packaging, we recommend documenting the condition of the box immediately as this information helps us process your request faster.

8. Seasonal & Holiday Considerations

During peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and major holidays, exchange processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. While we always strive to serve you promptly, we recommend placing your order early to avoid delays or stock shortages. Seasonal items may have limited availability and may not always be eligible for equal-value replacements.

Every floral arrangement and product is prepared with attention to detail and quality. Our florists inspect each order before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. In the rare event an item arrives damaged or not as expected, we encourage customers to contact us quickly so we can make it right through our exchange process.
